Dr. Norma was born and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended local schools before going off to college at the University of Texas at Arlington where she earned her Bachelors in Science degree. She has worked in the petroleum industry as chemist and in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals as a Quality Assurance, Research, and Documentation Scientist. She was injured during a vacation and when the options presented were conservative chiropractic and physical therapy treatment or surgery, she chose Chiropractic. After her injury was resolved, she set off in a new direction to study the art, science, and philosophy of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, Dr. Norma began her practice by making house calls which she still does for her established patients if needed. She worked all over the great state of Texas practice-sitting and later opened her private practice in the Monticello area in the Cultural District of Fort Worth. Dr. Esparza is one of the original members and former board member of ABCD, the Associated Businesses of the Cultural District. In 2007, Dr. Norma relocated her office to the TCU area. (Go Frogs!)
